What time is check-in/ check-out?

Can I avail of early check-in / late check-out?

Subject to availability.

Does the property offer free wifi?

Public areas, such as our Angga Restaurant and Reception area, are equipped with wifi for our guests.

Unfortunately, limited infrastructure in the Guinticgan-Carles area has made it challenging to provide reliable and consistent internet connection in all areas of the property. We are currently working closely with a Telecom company to help us address this issue. Please bear with us. For now, take advantage of the opportunity to disconnect and relax completely during your vacation.

Is breakfast included in the room rates? If so, what type of breakfast do you serve?

Yes, breakfast is included in all room types. During high occupancy days, we will serve a hearty breakfast buffet. On low occupancy days, our guests can choose from our a la carte breakfast options.

Breakfast is served from 6:00am-9:00am, daily.

What amenities are included in my room type?

All room types are equipped with complimentary breakfast, an airconditioning unit, linen, toiletries, hairdryer, refrigerator, and safe. Please refer to http://solina.ph/accommodations/ for more details.

Can I store my luggages after check-out?

Yes, please approach our front desk to avail of our luggage storage facility.

What is the smoking policy?

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A designated alfresco smoking area is allotted behind our Angga Restaurant.

ISLAND-HOPPING

How can I book an island-hopping day tour to the Gigantes Islands?

We can arrange island-hopping day tours to the Gigantes Islands for you. Simply contact our Reservations Team at (+63)917-150-0570 or (+63)939-918-2160 (Mondays to Saturdays, 8:30am-5:00pm) for the full list of rates and inclusions.

Make sure to reserve your day tours at least 3 business days prior to your arrival. We need ample time to make arrangements with our third party providers.

How far is the Gigantes Islands from your resort?

Land transfer to the Bancal Port will take approximately 15 minutes, while boat transfer to the first island in Gigantes will take 45 minutes, depending on weather and water conditions.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION

What is the nearest airport to the property?

The nearest airport is located in Roxas City, which is a 1.5-hour drive to our property. Another airport option is the Iloilo City International Airport, which will take around 3 hours by land.

Do you provide airport transfers for your guests?

Yes, we can arrange private van transfers to and from Roxas City or Iloilo City for an additional fee. Contact our Reservations Team at least 2 business days prior to your arrival, if you wish to avail of this service.

How can I commute from Iloilo City / Roxas City?

From Roxas City, take a bus/ van bound for Carles from the Pueblo de Panay terminal in Roxas. Another option is to hire a taxi that can take you all the way to the resort.

From Iloilo City, take a Ceres bus bound for Carles from the Jaro bus terminal.
